These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the AdStock platform, available at https://app.adstock.ai (the "Service"), operated by AdStock.ai ("we", "us", or "our"). By registering, logging in, or otherwise using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, you may not use the Service.

1. Eligibility and Account Registration

  • You must be at least 18 years old and capable of forming a binding contract.
  • To use the Service, you must register an account using a valid email address or via Google OAuth.
  • You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity under your account.

2. Description of Service

AdStock provides AI-driven campaign management and optimization for Google Ads and Meta Ads. The Service allows you to connect advertising accounts, retrieve performance metrics, automate bid adjustments, and generate reports. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue features at our discretion.

3. Use of Google APIs and Data

  • When you connect via Google OAuth, you grant us access to specific Google user data in accordance with our Privacy Policy. We use this data solely to provide and improve the Service.
  • We comply with Google API Services User Data Policy, including limited use and data security requirements.

4. User Conduct and Prohibited Activities

You agree not to:

  • Use the Service for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable laws or regulations.
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any portion of the Service or other user accounts.
  • Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the Service.
  • Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any portion of the Service.

5. Fees and Payment

The Service is offered free during the beta period. We reserve the right to introduce paid plans or subscription fees in the future. If fees apply, you will be notified in advance, and payments will be processed securely via our selected payment providers.

6. Intellectual Property

All content, trademarks, logos, and materials provided through the Service are the property of AdStock.ai or its licensors. You may not use, reproduce, or distribute any content without our prior written consent.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, OR NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT GUARANTEE UNINTERRUPTED ACCESS OR ERROR-FREE OPERATION.

8. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, IN NO EVENT SHALL ADSTOCK.AI BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES RESULTING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE, EVEN IF ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY SHALL NOT EXCEED THE FEES YOU HAVE PAID IN THE PRECEDING 12 MONTHS, OR $100 IF NO FEES WERE PAID.

9. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless AdStock.ai and its affiliates, officers, and employees from any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, or expenses arising from your use of the Service or violation of these Terms.

10. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access at any time for violation of these Terms or for any lawful reason. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease.

11. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Brazil, without regard to conflict of laws principles. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts located in São Paulo, Brazil.

12. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will post the revised Terms with a "Last Updated" date and notify you by email or in-app notification. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
